About Los Olivos General Store

Inspired by an old general store on their family property, in 2012, Christina and Michael Larner opened the Los Olivos General Store. They placed a vintage gas pump in front of the store as a tribute to its past. This iconic pump now anchors the street corner and welcomes guests.

They wanted a perfect spot to sell their family wine and to offer gifts and handmade goods. The Larners found it in the historic Los Olivos Garage space in the heart of Los Olivos.

Inside, you’ll find a carefully curated selection of quality products. There’s jewelry, greeting cards, locally-made goods, and gourmet food. You’ll also find vintage items, books, candles, soaps, and, of course, wine.

The store also features a rotating art gallery showcasing local artists. Next door is the Larner tasting room, perfect for a seamless sipping and shopping visit. Together, they create a vibrant shopping experience that captures the Santa Ynez Valley vibe.

Larner Wine Tasting Room

A modern take on a timeless classic, the General Store specializes in home goods, locally made products and exhibits art by local artists. The store is also the exclusive home to the Larner Wine Tasting Room. Visit us in the historic filling station Est. 1904 in the center of Los Olivos.
