Shipping & Warehouse Associate (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Clifton Park, NY
Pay: $20–$22/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role
We are currently seeking 4–5 reliable Shipping & Warehouse Associates to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis. This position plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and experienced in operating warehouse equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Shipping & Receiving:

  • Manage the shipment and receipt of products, materials, and supplies
  • Track, trace, and update outgoing shipments
  • Maintain accurate logs of inventory movement and daily activities
  • Assist with loading/unloading deliveries

Warehouse Operations:

  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all safety procedures and company protocols
  • Collaborate with team members to prioritize and coordinate shipments

Order Picking & Production Support:

  • Pick and prepare shop orders in advance for assembly teams
  • Communicate with production to resolve order discrepancies
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all outgoing orders

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
  • Forklift experience required
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft 365 and ability to learn new systems)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic

Requirements

  • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Comfortable with physical tasks such as reaching, climbing, and bending
