Sear Steakhouse was only a vision for many years. The global pandemic allowed the space to be reimagined from the rustic space in Downtown Solvang into an elevated and genuine “farm to table” model steakhouse for the local community.
Separating itself from most other steakhouses, the establishment sources many, if not most, ingredients from the restaurant team’s very own farms, Sear Farm and Roblar Farm.
Minutes away from the establishment, these two farms are farmed by hand, and populated with over 100+ varieties of vegetables, fruits and herbs grown specifically for the restaurant. Sear Steakhouse attains its meat from a single-sourced Colorado farm and USDA Prime and Choice beef from neighboring ranches.
