Stringer/Gripper

Location: Clifton Park, NY
Pay: $18.00/hr

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Racquet Specialist to join our team in Clifton Park. This temp-to-perm position offers a great opportunity to work with a client specializing in racquet sports. As a Racquet Specialist, you will be responsible for applying custom grips, strings, and accessories to Racquetball, Squash, Tennis racquets, and Pickleball paddles for website orders, while ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a skilled labor position, but all training will be provided and paid.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply pre-selected upgrades to customers' racquets/paddles.

• String tennis rackets using various techniques and patterns.

• Inspect and assess the condition of tennis racket frames.

• Customize string tension based on customer preferences.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Tennis Racket Stringer or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of different string types, tensions, and patterns.
• High attention to detail and precision in stringing techniques.
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers.
